Nous is an AI-powered assistant that helps households manage their bills, saving them money, time and hassle. Our mission is to make people’s lives simpler and fairer.
We’re a well-funded startup led by experienced entrepreneurs that’s growing extremely rapidly. We’ve helped over 150,000 people since the cost-of-living crisis started.
Since launch last year we've been rolling out our service through a variety of channels - both direct to consumers and also via employers who want to help their teams save hundreds of pounds (sometimes thousands) by using Nous.
Our members - like Rob and Christian, give us rave reviews. Our ‘Net Promoter Score’ stands close to 100. We’re frequently on TV and in print with our views on cost-of-living consumer issues.
We’re a B Corp, formally accredited for our commitment to exceptionally high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability. We’re proud of our social impact.
There are nearly 30 million households in the UK. Over 85% of them overpay on their bills. And that’s before we reach the rest of the world. We are pioneering the technology solutions to eliminate this class of drudgery and admin, and the money and time wasted.
It’s not easy. We work hard. It’s challenging. But it’s fun too. We are an office-first hybrid team - in the office for the majority of the week - based in Farringdon in London. We have a great office close to the station, free snacks, great coffee, regular socials and opportunities to play sports and volunteer with your teammates.
If you are brilliant and want to build something amazing that changes the world, get in touch.

Before diving into the role, it is probably useful to give some context to what the 'product' is that will be being managed. Of course there's the web app which has onboarding journeys, a dashboard and all the elements you'd expect of a digital service.
Then behind the scenes there are a whole set of capabilities we've built that allow us to efficiently operate and iterate the service - saving users time and money. These capabilities include things like multimodal GenAI data extraction, recommendation engines, notification systems (and many more). We then combine these capabilities into processes to do things like ‘switch someone to a better energy provider’ which we orchestrate using executable workflows.
As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and services. We have a small, very high context product management team and as we grow, adding the right next person to the team is critical.
We're a startup, so the exact mix of work will always be changing. The main components will likely a combination of:
