Influencer Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a sharp, commercially-minded Influencer Marketing Executive to help us scale one of our fastest-growing acquisition channels.
At Nous, we build trust through real people, whether it’s an employer recommending us to their team, or an influencer vouching for us to their community. You’ll be mostly focused on the latter: working with creators who care about money, parenting, lifestyle, and household management to help get the word out about Nous.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll be finding suitable creators, reaching out to them, building relationships, supporting content creation, and keeping campaigns on track. You’ll also help measure what’s working - designing experiments, tracking performance, and feeding insights back into how we improve.
There will be lots of other interesting things to do - for instance creating some basic content for our own nous instagram page, and organising events for our influencers.
You’ll work closely with our Marketing Lead, Bekki May, Head of Content, Matilda Long, and Chief Commercial Officer, Jon Rudoe - as well as the wider commercial team - to make sure we’re using this channel to its full potential. And while we’ve got some early success and a growing list of great partners, there’s still a lot to build. You’ll be a core part of that journey.
We’re not looking for a TikTok star or a content creator. We’re looking for someone with a sharp brain, a commercial mindset, and the grit to get stuff done - as well as someone who knows what financial social media content is likely to work.
