About the role

One of Nous’s most successful routes for acquiring new members is via HR teams within companies who offer Nous to their employees as a benefit. We’ve already partnered with the likes of Network Rail, Burger King, Central Co-op and the AA, and now the channel is now really starting to take off at scale. 🚀

As a result, we’re looking for a sharp, driven Customer Success Lead to join Nous and help us crack one of the hardest, highest-leverage parts of our business: turning signed agreements — a People/HR team that wants to help their people save money and time managing their bills — into active, high-uptake rollouts where employees evangelise about our service.

You’ll sit at an important intersection, owning the messy, human bit between “we’ve signed a new client” and “thousands of people are actually using Nous.” Your goal: make every employer partnership land, and land well.

You won’t be wrangling software integrations or fielding tech support tickets. Nous isn’t a complicated software integration — in fact, it has been designed to go live with no technical work at all.  Instead, you’ll be designing and executing engagement plans that actually work, especially in complex environments where employees aren’t necessarily sitting at desks or checking their emails. You’ll work with company HR and internal comms/engagement teams to get Nous in front of real people, in real volume, with real results.

You’ll need to problem-solve creatively, get scrappy when needed, and bring structure to ambiguity. That means persuading internal stakeholders to go further than “we stuck it on the intranet.” Sometimes it means finding a new route entirely. You’ll be the person who makes sure our service doesn’t just launch — it takes off.

You’ll work closely with our Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer, Jon Rudoe, as well as our sales and marketing teams. This is a high-impact role, perfect for someone who knows how to get things done inside large organisations, and wants to do it in service of something that matters - making lives simpler and fairer for households across the UK, starting with their bills.
