Nous is an AI-powered assistant that helps households manage their bills, saving them money and time. Our mission is to make people’s lives simpler and fairer, starting with the 30 million households here in the UK, and eventually, far beyond.

Product @ Nous

Before getting into the role, it’s worth explaining what “the product” actually is at Nous. There’s the member-facing web app — onboarding, dashboard, the parts you’d expect. But most of the magic happens behind the scenes.

We’ve built a set of powerful capabilities that let us run and improve the service efficiently at scale: agentic communication, multimodal GenAI data extraction, orchestration for long-running operational processes, recommendations, notifications, and more. We compose these into executable workflows that deliver real outcomes for members — like switching someone to a better energy deal without the hassle.

We organise around small product squads (around 5–7 people) with a single shared objective; shipping and learning fast.

The role

You’ll likely start by PMing a growth squad focused on onboarding and first-switch conversion. You have a critical role to play in driving product success: helping clarify problems, choose the right approach, ship iteratively, and measure impact.
