We’re looking for a highly analytical, commercially-minded Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale some of our most important acquisition channels.
Performance marketing is a core growth engine at Nous. You’ll be responsible for managing and optimising our existing paid channels — primarily Meta and Google Ads — while aggressively testing and scaling new channels such as TikTok, affiliates, and other performance-led opportunities over time. This is a role for someone who is excited by ambitious growth targets, enjoys getting deep into the numbers, and takes pride in running efficient, well-structured programmes.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll be in the platforms every day: building and optimising campaigns, managing budgets, developing testing roadmaps, and continuously improving performance against CPA and volume targets. You’ll work closely with creative and content teammates to shape what we put into market, and you’ll be expected to have strong views on what’s working, why it’s working, and what we should do next.
Measurement and experimentation are central to the role. You’ll design and run structured tests across audiences, creative, bidding, and landing experiences, and you’ll be comfortable digging into data to diagnose issues and unlock new growth. You’ll also help improve how we think about funnel performance more broadly — spotting drop-offs, identifying opportunities, and feeding insights back into product, creative, and messaging.
You’ll work closely with Chief Growth Officer Brian Draggoo, as well as the content, design, and wider commercial teams, to make sure performance marketing is driving efficient, scalable growth for Nous. We’ve got strong early traction — but there’s still a huge amount to build, and you’ll play a central role in shaping how this channel evolves.

Nous has an office-first culture. That means we encourage in-person working, and most people do work from the office in Farringdon most of the time. We do a lot of brainstorming, problem-solving and interaction within the team and presence makes this more effective. It also helps ensure people have good peripheral awareness and high context. But we are pragmatic not doctrinal about this, and recognise that, sometimes, certain types of work can be better done remotely.
