The role

Simple on the surface rarely means simple underneath. There’s immense complexity in an agentic system, with countless moving parts it must manage just to be useful at all, let alone competent, responsible and reliable.

That’s where you come in. You’ll join the Operations team at the heart of the business — supporting our members, managing inboxes and tickets, and keeping the service running with precision as we grow. You’ll help knit together those moving parts (customer experience, data, product, process, systems and commercial performance) to create an operation that’s tightly integrated and built for scale.

Everyone here uses technology deeply in their work — to debug systems, streamline workflows, and improve our service. You’ll do the same: some days you’ll be deep in tools and automations; other days you’ll be using technology to listen at scale, spotting the moments where empathy matters most and crafting responses that feel distinctly human.

Over time, you’ll start shaping how we scale by finding friction, fixing it fast, and building systems that raise the bar each month. You’ll work closely with experienced operators, product managers, data analysts and the founders themselves. It’s a rare chance to understand the inner workings of a high-growth company and learn what it takes to deliver simplicity at scale.

We’re looking for someone who can bridge two worlds — the technical and the human. You balance left-brain logic with right-brain intuition; you enjoy tracing issues back to their root cause and building the relationships that help us fix them. You’ll find satisfaction in improving how we work while nurturing the collaboration that powers our human-plus-tech model.

About you

You’re smart, curious, and ambitious but grounded. You want to understand how great companies really work from the inside out, and you’re excited by the idea of building one from the bottom up.

What makes you exceptional is that you’re a rare mix of left and right brain. The left-brain you gets under the bonnet, figures out how things work, untangles processes, tweaks systems, and experiments with tools and automations to make them better. The right-brain you knows that systems alone don’t solve problems; people do.
